故障描述：Scheduled Tasks中，任务显示Could not start，修改属性时候报错：error 0×80090016 keyset does not exist……

解决方法：

1、Stop the Task Scheduler Service

2、Delete or Move the file from the"C:\Documents and Settings\All  Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\S-1-5-18" folder.

3、Start the Task Scheduler Service

4、Edit each previously scheduled task and provide security credentials for the task to run under

5、Right click the task and choose run.
